Rima Fakih Crowned Miss USA 2010
Celebrating the announcement of the latest winner of the Miss USA crown, Miss Michigan Rima Fakih was the lucky lady receiving the much sought after title in Las Vegas on Sunday (May 16).
With the ceremony taking place at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the 24-year-old Dearborn resident was all smiles as she was crowned by pageant owner Donald Trump.
Asked about her feelings following the big achievement, Miss Fakih said, "Ask me after I've had a pizza."
Referencing Trump's well-known ways on "The Apprentice," Rima told that she had a feeling that she was going to take the top honor, telling, "That's the same look that he gives them when he says, 'You're hired.'"
Of the new Miss USA, Donald shortly stated, "She's a great girl".

Incredible Staple Art
Like Ran Hwang's beautiful murals, Baptist Debombourg's creates incredibly detailed art that can only be fully appreciated up close. Using just a white wall as his backdrop, Debombourg carefully placed 35,000 staples over a period of 75 hours to create two pieces of art. These are titled Air Force One and Air Force Two.
Notice how these beings are flying straight down towards the earth. Debombourg wanted to play with the idea of contemporary aggression. He cites Italian Mannerism artists as his inspiration.

The Secret to The Good Life
A doctor on his morning walk, noticed the old lady above,
sitting on her front step smoking a cigar, so he walked up to her and said,
"I couldn't help but notice how happy you look! What is your secret?"
"I smoke ten cigars a day," she said. "Before I go to bed, I smoke a nice big joint.
Apart from that, I drink a whole bottle of Jack Daniels every week, and eat only junk food.
On weekends, I pop pills, get laid, and don't exercise at all."

48-year-old Brazilian man Claudio Pinto hopes for a place in the record books for an amazing talent: he can pop both eyes 95% out of their sockets. Pinto has undergone various tests and doctors say they have never seen or heard of a person who can pop the eyes as much as him. The man from Belo Horizontal said: "It is a pretty easy way to make money. I can pop my eyes out four centimeters each, it is a gift from God, and I feel blessed."

This blue 4-year-old Great Dane named George is a real giant. He could be the world’s tallest dog! He is 43 inches tall (from paw to shoulder), 7ft 3ins (from nose to tail) and weighs 245lbs (111kg)! Another quite interesting detail: George consumes 110 pounds of food every month!! His owners are awaiting confirmation from Guinness.
